We’ve entrusted a trusted small Tuscan distillery with our family recipe for the tincture and a portion of our white wine, used to craft our Vermouth. In keeping with tradition, it's dry and best served chilled — either as an aperitif or a digestive after a meal.
We've also chosen a “smart” packaging option: stand-up pouches, ideal for everyday use and preserving freshness, while still offering the elegance of the classic glass bottle for special occasions.
Trebbiano grapes, harvested at full ripeness, are left to dry on cane mats until December 8th, in keeping with our family tradition. After pressing, the must rests in small oak barrels (caratelli) for at least 5 years. The result is a true meditation wine, with a deep flavor shaped by wood and time.
