
Our olive oil is produced at our small organic farm nestled in the gentle hills along the Arno River valley, just 15 km from Florence.
Cultivated using organic methods, naturally rich in polyphenols, and extracted cold-pressed, it carries all the distinctive aromatic and sensory notes typical of Tuscan extra virgin oils.
The organic olives, exclusively from our farm, are traditional Tuscan varieties — Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Leccino del Corno — and are processed within 8 hours of harvest at a two-phase mill.
Careful soil and plant management, meticulous harvesting, and the careful selection of the mill and packaging allow us to produce a true excellence of Made in Italy.
The quality of our product is certified by ICEA and confirmed by analyses conducted at the accredited Analytical Group laboratory.
Since 2021, we have successfully participated in the Biol Prize, the global competition for the best Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. In 2023, our Organic EVO Oil Reserve was awarded best organic oil in Tuscany, and in 2025, we won the Extragold medal.
